MISSION - A mission is a general expression of the overall purpose of the organisation, which, ideally, is in line with the values and expectations of major stakeholders and concerned with the scope and boundaries of the organisation. "What business are we in?"

OBJECTIVES The objectives role is to do with focusing strategy rather than deciding when it has been achieved.

STRATEGY - Strategy is the direction and scope of an organisation over the long term: which achieves advantage for the organisation through its configuration of resources within a changing environment, to meet the needs of markets and to fulfil stakeholder expectations.

TACTICS - Tactics is the operations performed and by whom to achieve fulfilment of the strategies of the company.

Lena’s speciality is quality and implementation management. Lena is fluent in Norwegian, Swedish, English and Turkish. Jan Trotter, born in 1961 CEO Diploma in Management, Henley Management College, UK and Diploma in Economy, IHM Business School, Stockholm Jan has vast experience in Sales from different Businesses like Ericsson, office machines and furniture and Callus Systems AB, ERP software. Jan has also worked with many different tasks in finance, book-keeping, credit controller, CFO and many start-up's, setting up the finance functions. Jan is fluent in Swedish and English. Richard Widén, born in 1970 Non Executive Board Member Certificate in Management, Henley Management College, UK and Diploma in Economy, IHM Business School, Stockholm Richard have more than 10 years experience as a Controller first at Dinners Club then at if (Insurance Company) and at Scandinavian Service Partner, part of the Compass Group. Currently Richard is holding the position as Operational Manager at SSP's airport operations in Umeå, Luleå and Malmö. Richard is fluent in Swedish, English and German. Lucy Li Dahlgren, born in 1969 Non Executive Board Member Mrs Lucy Li Dahlgren, with bachelor degree of marketing from Denmark, and master degree of business's administration from Henley Management colleges in England. She has vast experiences and competences of developing project in earlier phases. She has been involved with numbers of project management with issues of financing, planning, organizational structure and programming, and developing business and project models which adapted to specific projects. Her language skills strengthen the communication process and ensure the quality of information. Lucy is fluent in Mandarin, English and Swedish.
